Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OneSource Content ("OneSource," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the OneSource mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "App").
By creating an account or otherwise using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use OneSource. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
The App is intended for use by individuals for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep your account information up to date. OneSource reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
You may not create an account on behalf of another person or entity without authorization, or create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.

Acceptable use
You agree to use OneSource only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to:
- Post, share, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Infringe or violate the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party
- Use the App to send spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional materials
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App, other user accounts, or systems connected to the App
- Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar methods to access or collect data from the App without our express written permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or the data contained therein
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion.

Your content
OneSource allows you to share links, media, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any content you submit or share through the App.
By sharing User Content through the App, you grant OneSource a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, and distribute your User Content solely as necessary to provide and operate the App and its features.
You are solely responsible for the User Content you share. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to share any content you submit, and that your content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
OneSource does not endorse any User Content shared through the App and makes no representations or warranties regarding User Content.

Third-party content
The App enables you to discover and share links to content hosted on third-party platforms and services (such as Spotify, YouTube, news publications, and others). OneSource does not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for third-party content, websites, or services.
Your access to and use of third-party content and services is governed by those third parties' own terms and policies. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you access through links shared on OneSource.

Intellectual property
The OneSource App, including its design, features, code, trademarks, and other content created by OneSource (excluding User Content), is owned by OneSource Content and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by applicable law.

Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
OneSource does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content available through the App.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OneSource Content and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination
You may stop using the App at any time and may request deletion of your account by contacting us.
OneSource reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the App or by email.
Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Colorado.
